She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Kadlec. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Kadlec; her sisters, Laura Kadlec, Nancy Patterson (Greg) and Cynthia Geiler (Dale); her nephew Sean Doyle; and her aunts, Pam Urban and Mary Rood (late LeRoy).
