The passing of Joyce Barnes (Saint Louis, Missouri) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 26, 2024 at the age of 92. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Luecke and Ray Luecke; her sister Virginia Luecke Sobo; and her niece Gwenn Sobo Fontana. She is survived by: her significant other Richard G. "Dick" Barnes; her children, Jim Barnes of St. Louis, Missouri and Nancy Cacciarelli (Marc) of St. Louis, Missouri; her grandchildren, Anna Gray (Chase), Jimmy Barnes, Alex Cacciarelli (Becca), Chris Cacciarelli (Brooke) and Nick Cacciarelli; and her great grandchildren, Charles and Caroline Gray.

During COVID she knit 400 baby hats for Nurses for Newborns.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Westminster Christian Academy, 800 Maryville Centre Drive, Town and Country, Missouri, 63017, or Central Presbyterian Missions Ministries, 7700 Davis Drive, Clayton, Missouri, 63105.
