He was predeceased by: his sibling Thomas Earley. He is survived by: his spouse Marvel Earley; his children, Daniel Earley, Lisa Haffer (Stuart), Brian Earley (Susan) and Joseph Earley; and his siblings, Marie Gorczyca, Cathleen O'Shea and John Earley. He is also survived by brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Backstoppers.
