It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jolene Wiseman Carter in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on December 16, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Woodrow Wiseman and Jewel Juanita Wiseman (Carl Carter); and her brother Donald Wiseman. She is survived by: her husband Carl Carter; her son Gerald Carter (Denise) of Wentzville, MO; her granddaughters, Journee and Jasmine Carter; and her sister-in-law Linda Wiseman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery.
