He was predeceased by: his wife Irmgard. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Siemer (Joyce) of Friedheim, Dr. Deanna Siemer (Kevin Welker) of Jackson and Andrea Marchi (Chris) of Jackson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Missouri Veteran's Home in Cape Girardeau.
