He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry and Elizabeth; his wife Mary Juliene Dorf; his daughter Rose McCann; and his brother Lou Perkins.

He is survived by: his children, Sara Sutberry, Donna [Sam] Piskulic and James [Tammy] Perkins; his grandchildren, Rita [Nick] Ross, Stacy Crowley, Krista, Ian Lenz, Klaesner, James, John Phillips, Alex Phillips and Jennifer Kern; his great grandchildren, Nick McKenzie, Caleb Kratz, Dylan Rountree and Juliene Rountree; his nieces, Sally [Jim] Wolfrom and Cindy Perkins; and his nephew John [Diane] Perkins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Dementia Society.
