She is survived by: her son-in-law Bill; her husband John "Jack" Appleby III; her children, Scott (Barbara) of South Bend, Tim of South Bend, Angie Appleby Purcell (Bill) of South Bend, Kevin Appleby of Virginia, Julie Mersch (James) of Las Vegas and Amy Hubbard (Jim) of St. Louis; her grandchildren, Ben, Paul, Clare, Tony, Jude, Kaitlin, Cambria, Gretchen, Cullen, Jonathan, Allison, Katherine Tess, Ellie, John, Joseph, Olivia and Sean; and her great grandchildren, Roland, Audrey, Theodora, Lillian, Luna, Anna, Julia, Isabel and Appleby-Bhattacharjee. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and by her many friends.
