Jerome H. O'Neil Sr. Obituary

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jerome leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his brother Charles B. O'Neil, Jr.; and his parents, Charles B. O'Neil and Adella Lutz O'Neil. He is survived by: his wife Adele Grafemen O'Neil; and his children, Dr. Jerome H. O'Neil, Jr. (Jenny), William O'Neil (Leigh Ann), Katie Green, Michael O'Neil (Kristen) and Julia Frantz (Jason). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Pillar Catholic Church (401 S Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63131). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Delta Gamma Center https://www.dgckids.org which supports the needs of children with visual impairments and their families.
