He was predeceased by: his brother Johnny; his uncle Jeff Fallert; and his grandparents, John Ballinger, John E. "Jack" Fallert, Gertrude "Trudy" Fallert and Mary Beth Fallert.

He is survived by: his parents, Elaine Edwards and John Ballinger; his grandmother Suzane Ballinger; and his aunts and uncles, Matthew Ballinger, Daniel Varrly, Dianna Przybylski (Ron), Jennifer Brown (Michael), Audra Welker, Jason Fallert, Kathy Courbanou (Arthur), Terry Fernando and Nancy Nagel (Mark).

Due to Covid-19, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
