She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Ashwell; her parents, Charles Lony and Margaret Lony; and her siblings, Sharon (Charles) and Darrel (Joyce).
She is survived by: her children, Susan Schraut (Mark) and Scott Ashwell (Tracey); and her grandchildren, Sarah, Emily, Megan, Andrew, Kaitlyn (Zach), Erin and Colin.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 24th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 24th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Prince of Peace United Church of Christ (4966 Towne South Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128). A burial was held on Saturday, August 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park (10180 Gravois Rd, Affton, MO 63123).
