He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Watts and Anna Marie Watts; and his wife Sarah Watts. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Karen Chapman; his stepgrandchildren, Kenneth, Jean Watts and Maria Watts; his siblings, Dorothy Hacker and Robert Watts III; his niece Judy Tinkham (Ron); and his close friend JoAnne Schuessel. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
