He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Clarence Mitchell Sr. and Elizabeth (Saylor). He is survived by: his wife Ellen (Ruder); his sons, Troy Keller (Brenda) and Jeff Southlake (Leslie); his grandchildren, Jackson, Madison and Nolan; his stepchildren, Eric Polonus (Kelly) and Aimee Jackson (Jerald); and his stepgrandchildren, Jacob, Chelsea, Madison, Samantha and Graham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parkway Baptist Church (12465 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63141). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
