She is survived by: her husband John Robert Guffey; her children, James Guffey (Maureen), John Guffey, Joseph Guffey (Maria), Jean Wash (Kenneth) and Judy King (Christopher); and her grandchildren, Tammy Admire, Jennifer Price, John Stanze, Donald Stanze, Elizabeth Echele, Scott Guffey, Jessica Calkins, Ryan Guffey, Daniel Guffey, Patrick Guffey, Sarah Rahl, Erin Delawalla, Carolyn Collins, Justin Wash, Andrew Wash, Nathan Wash, Lauren Wash, Kelly King and Ryan King.
