He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Chilton and Thelma Chilton Myers; his sisters, Dorothy West (Kenneth), Glenda Plank and Shirly Chilton; his brother-in-law Jack Redman; his nephew Doug West; and his great-niece Chelsea Nickles.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Redman, Gary Chilton (Beulah) and Faye Koper (Butch); his brother-in-law Carl Plank; and his nieces and nephews, John, Brian, Keith, Larry, Michael, Dee Dee, Rita, Treasa, Lisa and Shelly. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of James Chilton to Shepherd's Nook Food Pantry and left at Wilson Mortuary.
