He was predeceased by: his parents, Ada Mae Ritter O'Hara and Clare Robert O'Hara. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, James, Jr. (Debbie), Robert (Cyndi), John (Linda), Vivian O'Hara and Jacquelyn Crnic (Paul); his stepdaughter Janice Peterson; his grandchildren, Michael O'Hara, Sara McQueeny, Kelley Wilkerson, Knut-Henrik Brouwer, Amber Toler, Grace O'Hara, David O'Hara, Thomas O'Hara and Katherine O'Hara; and his great grandchildren, Ryley McQueeny, Alexandria O'Hara, Parker O'Hara, Dylan Wilkerson and Reese Wilkerson.
