He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Starns. He is survived by: his children, Brian Starns (Wanda), Tony Starns (Kathleen), Ellen DeWitt (Donald) and Sandra Starns; his grandchildren, Amy, Amber, Brittany, Nicole, Corinne and Raymond; and his great grandchild Lincoln.

We are continuing to serve families during the COVID-19 crisis, however some of our options are limited.
