As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jake may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul Dubé, Raymonde Tallon (Bélanger) and Edgar Tallon. He is survived by: his parents, Darcy Tallon and Stephanie Tallon; his grandmother Nicole Champoux; and his siblings, Amanda, Jeremy and Jaden.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chaminade College Preparatory School in the Skip Viragh Center (425 S Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63131). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
