He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Bender and Sarah P. Bender (Berger). He is survived by: his wife Arlene Bender; his son Scott Bender (Elena); and his granddaughter Mariel Barber (Devin). He is also survived by in-laws, as well as nieces and nephews, and extended family.
