He was predeceased by: his parents, Bella Werther and Mac Werther; and his uncle Milton Schwartzman. He is survived by: his spouse Leslie Werther; his daughter Nicole Werther (Dan Lev); his grandchildren, Olivia and Adam; his brother-in-law Steven Schrier (Linda); and his niece Leah McBee (Morgan).

Due to COVID-19, private family services will be held.
