Hiram Wilkins Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hiram Wilkins of Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 29, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Myrtle Wilkins and Slay; his wife Beverly Wilkins of St. Louis; his children, Jonathan Wilkins (Marianne), Jarrett Wilkins, Jennifer Willingham and Julia Wilkins-Kohrmann (Rob); his grandchildren, Alexander Willingham, Eloise Wilkins and Hazel Wilkins; and his sister Barbara Wells. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Donations in his name to the NAACP would be appreciated.

“Mr Wilkins was my 5th grade teacher at Clay Elementary. He was my favorite teacher then and remained that after. He was such a delightful spirit and just a wonderful person to be around. I’m am terribly saddened to hear of his passing. I want to send my love to the family and friends of my dear mr Wilkins. My God bless and keep you in your time of grief.”
