He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Tiggard Sr. (Katherine Tiggard) and Church; and his sister Rita Luzcak (Stan). He is survived by: his wife Helen Tiggard; his children, Kevin Tiggard (Kelly Ahlf), Kelly Loring (Jason) and Mark Tiggard (Stacey); his grandchildren, Meghan, Alison Tiggard, William, Maxwell Loring, Skylar and Harrison Tiggard; and his sister Kathy Buseman (Jim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.
