She was predeceased by: her grandson Gabriel Nathan Welch. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Maxwell Garret Welch, Sydney Mae Welch and Riagan Ainslee Higgins; her siblings, Sharon Schlottach Fryer (Randy) of Monkton, MD, Glenda Adams Cummins (Kirk) of Liberty, MO and Gary Schlottach (Mary); and her husband Gary Welch. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and 3 great nieces.
