He is survived by: his girlfriend Georgie Smith Zang of Crestwood, MO; his brother Jeff Glazier (Pat) of Rogersville, MO; his nephew Justin Glazier (Casey); his great-niece Lydia of Ozark, MO; and his cousin Stan Piekarski.
