He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph Ott and Mildred Ott; and his children, Terra Belt and Timothy Ott. He is survived by: his daughter Trista Ott (Eric Pinkerton); his sister Laura Tucker (Mike Giroux); his grandchildren, Tiffany Boenig (Mike), Brittany Matthews (Bobby), Jacob, Tyler and Taiya; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Jaden, Travis and Killian; and his former wife Donna Siebels (Paul).
