He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Case. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his mother Ann Case; his children, Ashley, Jennifer and Michelle; his siblings, David and Marilyn Swan; and his godmother Evelyn Koehler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
