He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Whitehead and Bertha Baugus Whitehead; and his sister Shirley Cole. He is survived by: his children, Len Whitehead (Angel) of Blytheville and Melody Mooney of Jonesboro; his brother Tony Whitehead (Margarita) of Middleville, Michigan; and his close friends, Jane Fischer and Elizabeth Dowell. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
