She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Cooper and Allen Jackson; and her siblings, Elvis, Charlie, Carrie Mae, Mildred, Joanie, Lucille and Elcille.

She is survived by: her children, Gloria, Henry Allen, Shirlene Stegall, Cora Janice Nooks, Walter B., Antonio and Waiter E.; her grandson Israel; her siblings, Emma and McArthur Johnson; and her close friend Vinnie Scoggins. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 31 great-grand-children, 4 great- great-grandchildren.
