In the sacred silence of farewell, Gertrude is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Colombo and Louise Merlo; her husband John A. Merlo; and her son Kenny Merlo. She is survived by: her son John Merlo.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church (5130 Wilson Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110). A Mass will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
