We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2021, at the age of 90, George R. Barrett (Saint Louis, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Barrett and Anna Gantner Barrett; and his siblings, Thomas (Catherine), Frank (Kathryn), Leo, Charles Barrett, Kathleen Hejmej (Joseph), Juliana Barrett and Teresa Miley (Jesse).

He is survived by: his wife Dr. Noel Hackmann Barrett; his daughter Maria Therese Barrett; his grandchildren, Medea Calisse Boudreaux, Barrett Blanca Fasano, Giovanni Raphael Fasano, Giuliana Viviana Fasano and Massimo Edoardo Fasano; his sister Sarah Caruso (Sal); his close friend Robert Evans; and also, Susan Fasano Schutt, Nicholas Michael Fasano and Cecilia Shelby Fasano. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
