He is survived by : his wife Debra Cook (Hicks); his children, Tina Drake (Todd), Josh Cook (Ann), Chris Cook (Shanon), Mike Drake and Nick Drake (Michelle); his grandchildren, Tony Beer (Alyssa), Dawn Beer, Josh Cook, Jr., Chris Cook, Jr. (Lexi), Cory Sellers, Lexi Sellers, Skyelyn Cook, Morgan Austin, Carsyn Drake and Hazel Drake; and his great grandchildren, Skylar Beer, Samantha Beer, Jameson Cook and Elena Cook.
