He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Dean; and his brother Warren "Rock" Parrent. He is survived by: his mother Eva Rose Parrent (Byer); his wife Kathy Vallery; his son Jacob Parrent (Hye Jin) of South Korea; his stepchildren, Eva Ferrario (Benjamin) of St. Louis and Travis Ruyle (Tanya); and his sister Mitzi Baker (Ron). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
