He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Leibach and Joyce Leibach; his brother Doug Leibach; and his grandson Anthony Adams. He is survived by: his wife Jane Leibach; his son Matt Leibach; his stepchildren, Greg Roeder (Linda), Jody Adams (Jeff) and Stacy Snyder; his sisters, Barb Repp and Vickie Ashley; his grandchildren, Meagan Oliver (Zach Tunison), Brett Wilga (Cassie), Morgan Thwing (Tyler), Emily Roeder (Alex Zykan), Alex Roeder (Adrianna Green), Grace Snyder, Kendyl Snyder, Gavin Snyder, Kyle Snyder, Matt Leibach Jr., Haley Leibach and Chase Leibach; his great grandchildren, Evelynn Thwing, Zach Tunison and Zoey Tunison; and his pet Bella.
