She is survived by: her brothers, George Seanior, Jr. and Ghingo Wesley Brooks; her aunts, Frances and Alice; her son Morris Edward Gaines; her son-in-law Richard Henry Martin; her sister-in-law Dr. Phyllis Brooks; and her cousins, Christine Sherrill and Donald Fair (Geraldine Fair). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Austin A. Layne Mortuary, Inc. (7239 W Florissant Ave, Jennings, MO 63136). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
