We bid farewell to Evelyn Gibbs (Saint Louis, Missouri), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 7, 2024 at the age of 92. Evelyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her friend Marge Schmitz; her parents, John Good and Ruth Good; her sister Dorothy (Frank Jenkins); and her cousin Dorothy (Ollie Heitmann).
She is survived by: her son Michael Gibbs (Deborah); her grandchildren, Laura Frank (Peter) and Jonathan Gibbs; her great grandchildren, Sawyer, Melody and Everett Frank; her nieces and nephews, Deborah Jenkins and Cassie Waletzko; and her friends, Pat Haenchen, Jean Mueller and Don.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Ascension Lutheran Church (5347 Donovan Ave, St. Louis, MO 63109). A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Our Redeemer Cemetery (8300 MacKenzie Rd, Affton, MO 63123).
