He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara J. Blake; and his siblings, Danny Blake, James Blake, Barbara J. Blake and John Blake.
He is survived by: his father Clawson; and his sisters, Donna Pigg (Blake) and Deborah Beck (Blake).
