Houska (Kaycee Eckhardt), Sarah Amad (Wes Steele) and Heather Houska (Dae); her great grandchildren, Anthony Zangara, Lauren Zangara, Jonathan Zangara, Gabriella Zangara, Michael T. Sommerville, Madison Sommerville, Union Houska, Ava Amad, Frederick Amad and Keva Houska; her son Cleo Houska; her parents, Arthur and Monica; her significant other Joe Houska; and her brother Jack.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in memory of her daughter, Barbara, are greatly appreciated.
