He is survived by: his children, Stephen Lewis-Levine (Neil), Christina Eschenbrenner, Brian Stroup (Dawn), Kimberly Coombs (James), Lori Ahrens (John) and Lulu; his grandchildren, Stephanie Caldwell, Brandon Stroup, Ashley Stroup, Joshua Thomas, Allison Capalupo, Kaitlyn Ahrens, Lyvia Coombs, Hayden-James Coombs, Jude Ahrens and Lincoln Ahrens; and his great grandchildren, Kyra, Mason, Jared, Tori, Tia, Avi, Spencer, Zeke and Hayden Grace.
