She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Kozemczak I; her children, Robert (Glenice) and Christine Weber (Ron); her brother Gene Vernon; and her parents, Howard Taft Vernon and Catherine.

She is survived by: her children, John W. II (Carolyn), Renee Penny (late Richard), Timothy (Julie), Daniel (Deb), Kathy Canter (Lenny) and Michael Kozemczak.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dorothy's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the APA of Missouri are greatly appreciated by her family.
