She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Kozemczak I; her children, Robert (Glenice) and Christine Weber (Ron); her brother Gene Vernon; and her parents, Howard Taft Vernon and Catherine.

She is survived by: her children, John W. II (Carolyn), Renee Penny (late Richard), Timothy (Julie), Daniel (Deb), Kathy Canter (Lenny) and Michael Kozemczak.
