She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Thate and Emma Thate; her husband Ted Hanske; and her siblings, Leona Thate, Edwin Thate, Edna Armentrout, Oscar Thate, Elmer Thate and David Thate.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Roschke (David), Patricia Webber (John) and Steve Hanske (Karen); her grandchildren, Anna Lynne (Grady), Bryan (Emily), Rev. Daniel (Heather), Gabriel, Dani Grace, Jonathan (Quinn), Paul (Jessica), Samuel (Rebecca), Sarah and Timothy (Caitriona); and her great grandchildren, Micah, Kathryn, Eimear, Greta, Arlen, Kimberly Rose, Murilo, Kato, Madilyn and Peregrine.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Shepard Funeral Chapel (9255 Natural Bridge Rd, St. Louis, MO 63134). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (9733 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132). A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery (646 N Warson Rd, Creve Coeur, MO 63141).
