He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Timothy King and JoAnn MacLellan; and his sister Amy King. He is survived by: his siblings, Becky Niehoff (Bill), Michael King (Christy), Kerry Bakula (Brad), Daniel King (Elena) and John King (Kim). He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews; and 4 great-nieces and nephews.
