He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Mills and Blanche Mills; and his former wife Kathleen Mills. He is survived by: his wife Judy Mills; his son Justin Mills (Joni); his stepchildren, Brian King, Christia King and Tommy Bridges Jr.; his grandchildren, Noah David Mills and Jolee Imogene-Kathleen Mills; and his sisters, Barbara Hawks (Buddy) and Judith Simmons (Ralph). He is also survived by nieces; and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: The Family David will be cremated with burial at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at a later date.
