He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Palsenberger and Joyce Palsenberger (Meyer); and his sister Patricia Pranter. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Esther Palsenberger (Kiger) of Barnhart, MO; his siblings, Dale Meyer (Lynda) of Carlyle, IL., Larry Palsenberger (Sue) of Carlyle, IL, April "Vikki" Mormino and Vikki Emmerich; and his close friend Timothy Taylor of St. Louis.
