He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Thayer (Bergen); his daughter Sherri Lynn Stephens; his grandchildren, Ryan Thayer Stephens, Toni Lynn Stephens, Amanda Gene Stephens, Kristal Lee Thayer and Kristen Jacqueline Navarro; his great grandchildren, Mark, Kami, Spencer, Sebastian, Aerianna, Gabriella and Mariah; and his great great grandchild Aiden.
