She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Sydow and Nancy Sydow; her children, James E. Cabanas (Stacy), Amy Cabanas and Carl Michael Cabanas (Samy); her grandchildren, Tyler, Andrew, Matthew and Gia Cabanas; and her siblings, Jim VonSydow, Dan Sydow (Kathy), John Sydow (Renee) and Thomas VonSydow (Jackie).
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Assumption-Mattese Catholic Church (4725 Mattis Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128).
