He is survived by: his wife Alice Bernadette Serr; his son Phillip Kevin Field of St. Louis; and his siblings, William O. Field (Barbara), Elizabeth O. Field (Jim Corr) and Phillip Field (Linda Pruitt) of Newburgh, Indiana..

Due to the pandemic, funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
