She is survived by: her sisters, Yvonne Arthur and Sharon Thompson; her niece Shaunta Arthur; her son Jamel Leon Arthur; her niece Tasha Simpkins (Donald); her great-niece DonMonique Simpkins; her great-nephew Donald Simpkins III; her brother-in-law Willie Simpson; and her close friends, Silas Hardison (Billy) and Katherine Hawkins.
She bowled at Kingpin Lanes in the Woodie Williams Memorial League on Saturday afternoons until COVID due to her compromised immune system.
