He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll F. Walker, Sr. and Leola Agnes Walker (DiVirges); and his siblings, Jimmy Mitchell and Beverly Jean. He is survived by: his children, Carole Anne Merriwether (Don) and Gregory Frank Walker (Terri); his wife Jacqueline Young; his grandsons, Evan Nicholas, Justin Christopher Merriwether, Brandon Louis and Dominic Jordan Walker; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley McGlothen, Mildred Young and Ruth Young. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lawernce A. Jones & Sons Funeral Chapel (1800 Linwood Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64109). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
