She was predeceased by: her husband William Vernon Frogge; her foster daughter Donna Jean Sneed (Taylor); her brothers, Harold and Jerry Childress; her nieces and nephews, Kelly Ann and Jerry Childress; her parents, Eyvonne Mae Fryrear "Shorty" Childress and Lloyd Emerson "Jack" Childress; and also, Dorothy Jean Childress (Harold), Ann Kelley (Dierking) and Clarissa Somers (Childress).
She is survived by: her children, William Thomas Frogge (Janine) of Lecanto, Richard Lloyd Frogge (Lou Ann) of Cypress and Rebecca Louise Sigman (Joe) of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri; her foster son Richard Harry Cooper of Springfield; her grandchildren, Alex Frogge, Nick Frogge, Elena Frogge, Michael Frogge (Michelle), Kristin Frogge, Kyle Frogge, Jennifer Frogge, Carleigh Sigman and Max Sigman; her siblings, Larry Lloyd Childress (Sharon) of Brashear and Minnie Childress (Jerry) of Edina, Missouri; and her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Sue Kowalski (Greg), Linda Kapfer (Gary) of Scottsdale, LeAnn Carl of Lenexa, Candice Jean "Candy" (Mark) of Wyaconda, Michella Lynn "Mickey" Schaefer (Mark) of Tucson, Kathleen Kelley of Falls Church, Virginia, Brandi Childress of St. Louis, Jay Childress (Cynthia) of Camdenton and Brian Childress of Melissa, Texas..
