She was predeceased by: her husband Billy D. Lockett. She is survived by: her children, Terry Smith, Sr. (Ron), Paul Lockett (Jennifer) and Michael Lockett (Kim); her grandchildren, Leslie Earney (Donnie), Ronald Smith, Jr. (Noreen), Casey Smith (Heather), Jessica Bennett, Ashley Bennett, Joseph Bennett (Katie), Bridget Lockett (Adam) and Steven Lockett; her great grandchildren, Kaleb Smith, Noah Smith, Ember Earney, Abby Smith, Liam Smith, Haven Smith, David Morris, Shawn, Shane Morris, Jacob Gross, Gabby Gross, Alex Gross, Lilly Hughes, Keegan Dunlap, Tristan Bennett, Mason Bennett and Elizabeth Bennett; and her brother Edward Moon.

Interment: St. Marcus Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to the Lockett Family.
