He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jackson Montgomery; and his parents, Samuel A. Montgomery and Gertrude Montgomery (Flagg). He is survived by: his children, David (Tatiana), Jane (John) and Laura; his grandsons, Austin, Jackie and William; his stepgranddaughters, Eliza and Justine; and his siblings-in-law, Eula and John (Peggy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
